Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the 2011 Act” means the Postal Services Act 2011;

• “the 2000 Act” means the Postal Services Act 2000^f1;

• “the commencement date” means 23rd April 2012;

• “the Schedule” means Schedule 12 to the 2011 Act.
