Paragraph 25 Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991

In article 2(2) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertaker”—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
