Paragraph 27 Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993

In article 2(2)(a) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 M1 (interpretation) in the definition of “statutory undertaker”—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
