Paragraph 32 Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) Regulations 1995

In regulation 25 of the Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) Regulations 1995 M1 (Universal Service Providers)—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
