In regulation 36(2) of the Education (Registered Inspectors of Schools Appeal Tribunal and Registered Nursery Education Inspectors Appeal Tribunal) (Procedure) Regulations 1999 M1 (method of sending, delivering or serving documents, etc.) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
