Paragraph 57 Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003

In the Schedule to the Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003 M1, in the entry in column 2 for Regulation 9 of the Postal Packets Regulations relating to a universal service provider, for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
