Paragraph 60 European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 2004

The European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 2004 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.

In regulation 63(6) (candidates right to serve election address post free), for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.

In regulation 122(2) (services of notices), for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.

In regulation 124(5) (remuneration for free postal services provided under the Regulations), for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
