In the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Authorisations Extending to Scotland) Order 2007 M1, in the entry in column 1 relating to a universal service provider—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
