Paragraph 8 Walkways Regulations 1973

In regulation 1(2) of the Walkways Regulations 1973 M1 (commencement, citation and interpretation), in the definition of “universal service provider”—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
