In section 18 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981 (stopping up of streets), in subsections (3), (8) and (9)(a)—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
