Paragraph 137 I1

In paragraph 1(5A) of Schedule 13 to the Water Industry Act 1991 (protective provisions in respect of certain undertakings)—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”, and

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
