Section 25 (enforcement by regulator of section 24 notice) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), in the table, for the entry relating to a person holding a licence under Part 2 of the Postal Services Act 2000 substitute—

“

A postal operator.

The Office of Communications.

”

After subsection (6) insert—

“(6A)

An obligation imposed by virtue of subsection (5) on a postal operator is enforceable by OFCOM under Schedule 7 to the Postal Services Act 2011 (enforcement of regulatory requirements).”
