Paragraph 182 I1

Section 41 (interpretation of Part 1) is amended as follows.

At the appropriate place insert—

““postal operator” has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (see section 65 of that Act);”.

In the definition of “postal services”, for “Postal Services Act 2000 (see section 125(1) of that Act)” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (see section 65 of that Act) ”.

Omit the definition of “relevant postal services”.
