In the definition of “communication functions”, omit the “and” at the end of paragraph and after that paragraph insert—

“(ba)
functions relating to postal services; and”.

In the definition of “international meetings about communication”, after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)
the regulation of postal services;”.
