These Regulations may be cited as the Power Purchase Agreement Scheme Regulations 2014.

Regulations 1 to 3, 5(2), 12, 15(1) and (2), 21(1) to (4), 25(1), (3) and (4), 29, 30 and 32 come into force on 14th October 2014.

Except as stated in paragraph (2), these Regulations come into force on 1st October 2015.
