Regulation 14 CFD Counterparty to provide information requested by the AuthorityI1

For the purposes of enabling the Authority to make a determination under regulation 6(1) in respect of an electricity generator, the Authority may request a CFD counterparty to provide it with information about any relevant contract which has been entered into by that generator.

Where a request is made under paragraph (1), the CFD counterparty must provide the information to the Authority within the period of 2 days which starts with the day on which the CFD counterparty receives the request.
