Where the Authority calculates levelisation payments for any OLR year or periodic levelisation period in accordance with this Part, it must—
(a)
give notice to each licensed supplier which is liable to make or entitled to receive a levelisation payment of the amount of that payment; and
(b)
where the licensed supplier is liable to make a levelisation payment, specify in the notice the date by which payment is to be made.
