(1)
Service of the petition shall be verified by affidavit in Form PPP3, specifying the date on which, and the manner in which, service was effected.
(2)
The affidavit, with a sealed copy of the petition exhibited to it, shall be filed in court forthwith after service, and in any event not less than one day before the hearing of the petition.
