In these Regulations the “principal regulations” means the Premium Savings Bonds Regulations 1972f1 as amended by the Premium Savings Bonds (Amendment) Regulations 1975f2.

(2)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
