The Premium Savings Bonds Regulations 1972f1, as amendedf2, shall be further amended as follows:—

(a)

in Regulation 2(1) by inserting, after the definition of “bond”, the following definition:—

  • ““Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies”, except in the application of these Regulations to Scotland, means the Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies or a deputy appointed by him, ”;

(b)

by deleting Regulation 32(2)(f).
