England, Wales and Scotland

Any pressure system being carried in a vehicle if the vehicle is—

(a)

engaged in an international transport operation within the meaning of Article 1(c) of ADR; and

(b)

under the control of or owned by the armed forces within the meaning of F2CDG 2007 where the armed forces are those of a country which is a contracting party to ADR.
