The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Prices Act 1974^f1 with such organisations as are mentioned in section 2(6) of that Act, in exercise of his powers under the said section 4 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
