The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with section 4(3) of the Prices Act 1974^f1 with the organisations as are referred to in section 2(6) of that Act, in exercise of his powers under the said section 4 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby mayes the following Order:—
