In regulation 3(1A) (NHS travel expenses) of the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003^f1—

(a)

in paragraphs (a) and (c), after “primary medical services”, insert “, primary ophthalmic services”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (b) and (c), after “medical practitioner”, insert “, ophthalmic practitioner”.
