In paragraph (a) of the definition of “primary care list” in regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Local Pharmaceutical Services etc) Regulations 2006^f1, for “primary medical or dental services” substitute “primary medical services, primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services”.
