In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)^f1 of the Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008, after the definition of “mobile services” insert the following definition—

““notice of entitlement” means a notice issued under regulation 8 of the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003^f2 for the purposes of remission of charges under the Act;”.
