Article 9 Disciplinary awards
Rule 95 shall be amended as follows—
(a)
in paragraph (1) for the words “Rules 39(1) and 40(2)” there shall be substituted the words “Rule 39(1)”;
(b)
in paragraph (2) for the words “rules 40 and 41” there shall be substituted the words “rule 41”;
(c)
paragraph (3) shall be deleted.
