Article 14 Substitution of rule 26 of the principal rules

For rule 26 of the principal Rules (notification to the medical officer of prisoners requiring attention) there is substituted the following rule:–

“Notification to a medical officer of prisoners requiring attention

The Governor shall, without delay, bring to the attention of a medical officer any prisoner whose physical or mental condition appears to require his attention.”.
