In regulation 23, at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”.
(2)
After paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)where that electronic mail would contravene regulation 7 of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002f1; or
(d)where that electronic mail encourages recipients to visit websites which contravene that regulation.”
