Article 3
In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Act, after paragraph (l) insert—
“(m)any premises in respect of which a licence under the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/3158 (N.I.22)) is in force;
(n)any place in respect of which an occasional licence under that Order is in force.”.

1998 c. 47. This section allows provision to be made dealing with any matter falling within a description specified in any of paragraphs 9 to 17 of Schedule 3 to the Northern Ireland Act 1998; the provisions of this Order fall within paragraph 9(c) of that Schedule. Under section 98(2) of that Act a provision deals with any matter or matters which it affects more than incidentally.
