This Statutory Instrument is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of SI 2006/824.

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001^f1.

In accordance with section 24(4)^f2 of that Act he has consulted with the Security Industry Authority and the Scottish Ministers.
