Regulation 2 Amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007

The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007^f1 shall be amended as follows.

For regulation 3 (application form to engage in licensable conduct), substitute the following:

“Form of the application to engage in licensable conduct

The form of the application for the grant of a licence and the information to accompany that application must be as determined by the Authority.”

Schedule 1^f2 (application form to engage in licensable conduct) is omitted.
