Article 33 Security not to be deemed prior mortgage under Building Societies Acts

Where the security given under Article 24(1) consists of a mortgage of or charge on land, that mortgage or charge shall be deemed not to be a prior mortgage for the purposes ofF1 section 11(2)(d) or (4)(d) of the Building Societies Act 1986.
