Paragraph 6

The repeal of paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 3 to the M1Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973 (contracts made or other things done by a probation committee before incorporation by virtue of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949) does not affect any property, rights or liabilities in relation to which it (or the corresponding provision of that Act of 1949) had effect.
