Section 13 General functions of probation liaison committees.

It is the duty of a probation liaison committee for an area outside the inner London probation area to review the work of probation officers and to perform such other duties in connection with the work of probation officers as may be prescribed.

It is the duty of any probation liaison committee appointed for an area within the inner London probation area to exercise functions conferred on probation liaison committees for areas outside that probation area, to such extent and in such cases as may be determined by the probation committee for that probation area.
