Article 4 Amendment of Article 2 (interpretation)

In article 2 (interpretation) in the appropriate places insert—

• ““The 2014 Regulations” means the Criminal Justice and Data Protection (Protocol No. 36) Regulations 2014^f1;

• “overseas confiscation order” has the same meaning as in the 2014 Regulations;”.
