Regulation 45 Meaning of “works” in paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2023 ActI1

For the purposes of the definition of “works” in paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2023 Act, “works” means any of the activities coming within a CPV code listed in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
