In this regulation, “award criteria” (“meini prawf”), “competitive tendering procedure” (“gweithdrefn dendro gystadleuol”), “contracting authority” (“awdurdod contractio”), and “public contract” (“contract cyhoeddus”) have the same meaning as in the Procurement Act 2023.”
