Section 1 Product liability: repeal of exclusion for game and agricultural produce
The following provisions of Part II of the Consumer Protection (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 (NI 20) (product liability) shall cease to have effect, namely—
(a)
in Article 4(2) the definition of “agricultural produce”; and
(b)
Article 5(4) (exclusion of defect in any game or agricultural produce).
