Paragraph 15 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 6(2), 6(4), 7(1), 8 and 9 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 40 (arbitration) of the Order.
