PENSIONS

Made 18th October 2005

Coming into force 28th November 2005

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 28(2)(b), 181(1) and 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993f1.

In accordance with section 185(1) of that Actf2 he has consulted with representatives of those whom he considers to be likely to be affected by the Regulations.
