The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15(2) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997f1, hereby makes the following Order—

This Order may be cited as the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1998.

Subsections (3) to (9) of section 3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 1998.
