Regulation 2 Amendment to the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1999

The Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1999^f1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 5 (enactments extending general Crown privilege to visiting forces etc.), after the entry relating to the Sunday Trading Act 1994, insert—

“The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (c. 2).”.
