Paragraph 34 I1

Section 29 (inspection of statements of accounts and auditors' reports) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (b) of subsection (1), for “an auditor” substitute “ the Auditor General for Wales ”.

Accordingly the heading of section 29 becomes “Inspection of statements of accounts and Auditor General for Wales' reports”.

Accordingly the cross-heading before section 29 becomes “ Public inspection etc and action by the Auditor General for Wales ”.
