Section 39 Strategic plan: annual financial statementI1
(1)
Each integration authority must publish an annual financial statement—
(a)
when it publishes its first strategic plan, and
(b)
each year after that.
(2)
An annual financial statement must set out in relation to the strategic plan to which it relates the amount that the integration authority intends to spend in implementation of the plan.
