Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1^st October 2005.

In this Order—

“the Schedule” means the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999^f1.

In this Order (save where the context otherwise requires) references to entries are references to entries in the Schedule.
