Paragraph 13 Payments consequent upon amendmentI1
United Kingdom
The person who, as a result of an amendment of the Register pursuant to Article 12 F1or 17A becomes the registered owner of a registered interest shall be entitled to the payment of Public Lending Right in respect of that interest from the date upon which the Register was amended.
