The Public Record Office (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(5) of the Public Records Act 1958f1 and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations–

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Record Office (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st August 1999.

In the Schedule to the Public Record Office (Fees) Regulations 1999f1, paragraph 6.1(ix) (Additional finishes) shall be omitted.

These Regulations delete from the Public Record Office (Fees) Regulations 1999 fee 6.1(ix), which related to the supply of copies of records with additional finishes.
