Article 2 Amendments of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (Judicial Offices) Order 2015I1

The Schedule (specified judicial offices) to the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (Judicial Offices) Order 2015^f1 is amended as follows.

After the entry for “Admiralty Registrar”, insert “Appointed Person for design right appeals”.

Before the entry for “Assistant Judge Advocate General”, insert “Appointed Person for trademark appeals”.

After the entry for “Chairman of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal”, insert “Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal Wales”.

In the entry for “Chamber President or of a chamber of the Upper Tribunal”, omit “or”.

After the entry for “Other member of the Upper Tribunal, where the office is held on a salaried basis”, insert “President or Chairman of the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales”.
