Paragraph 16 I1

In section 1 of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, after subsection (1) there is inserted—

“(1A)

This Part is subject to section 18 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (restrictions on benefits provided under existing schemes).”
